MAT: AALSCC Slidin’ Into Summer Drifting

The Anchorage Alaska Lions Sports Car Club will sanction a two-day event at Alaska Raceway Park over the May 6-7th Weekend. The Drift event will be on Saturday, and the Time Trials will be on Sunday.
Are you ready to slide sideways into the summer? Do you want to be able to challenge for the title of “Drift King” and RB Swap you Mustang? Whoops, wrong storyline.
We’re kicking off the summer with a fun-filled weekend at Alaska Raceway Park. Saturday the 6th will be a drift day, with lots of pavement to play around on.
We plan to develop a scoring system and dedicate the last hour or so of the event to judged/scored runs. Do you think you’ve got what it takes to be the Drift King of the North?
To participate, you need to:
• Entry Fee: $60.00
• Be a member of the Alaska Sports Car Club
• Reference the rules on the Club website
• HELMET UPDATES – Must be 2015 or newer. 2010 Helmets are no longer valid.
• AASCLC – Anchorage Alaska Sports Car Lions Club
